I’m Danielle Noble, Principal of Space to Grow Consulting and a former local government executive with over 25 years of diverse experience. I’ve led teams, designed funding strategies, developed human services programs, and guided cross-functional initiatives in complex systems. My passion is to enhance the well-being of individuals, organizations, communities, and society, and I draw inspiration from the opportunity to serve.
My work is grounded in social work values and a deep understanding of how municipal organizations function—from politics to operations. I partner with leaders to bring clarity to uncertainty, bridge strategy and action, and offer support during times of change.
I also bring expertise in executive recruitment, coaching, facilitation, and grantmaking—giving me a broad view of what strong, people-centered leadership looks like.
I am known for my calm, insightful, and intentional approach. As a leader, I strive to embody inclusivity, purposefulness, and strategic collaboration, communicate directly, be authentic, and foster trust.
My background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College in New York and a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. I’m now a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. I was fortunate to attend the University of Virginia’s ICMA Senior Executive Institute and the University of California, Berkeley’s Executive Seminar. My pro-bono work includes supporting current and future municipal leaders as an ICMA Coach and contributing to local grantmaking through the Ojai Women’s Fund.
