Behavioral Assessment and Coaching for Federal Leaders
Through structured assessments and simulations, I observe Federal leaders in real-time, provide actionable feedback, and offer strengths-based coaching to prepare them for greater leadership roles, including the Senior Executive Service. My approach focuses on executive presence, decision-making, interpersonal effectiveness, and alignment with the mission and expectations of public service.

With experience as both a grantmaker and grants administrator, I help organizations develop grantmaking policies that are strategic, transparent, and equity-informed. Whether you're launching a new program or refining an existing one, I guide your team through the development of funding priorities, eligibility criteria, review processes, and accountability frameworks.
DANIELLE NOBLE MSW, CPCC, ACC
I’m Danielle Noble, Principal of Space to Grow Consulting and a former local government executive with over 25 years of diverse experience. I’ve led teams, designed funding strategies, developed human services programs, and guided cross-functional initiatives in complex systems. My passion is to enhance the well-being of individuals, organizations, communities, and society, and I draw inspiration from the opportunity to serve.
My work is grounded in social work values and a deep understanding of how municipal organizations function—from politics to operations. I partner with leaders to bring clarity to uncertainty, bridge strategy and action, and offer support during times of change.
I also bring expertise in executive recruitment, coaching, facilitation, and grantmaking—giving me a broad view of what strong, people-centered leadership looks like.
I am known for my calm, insightful, and intentional approach. As a leader, I strive to embody inclusivity, purposefulness, and strategic collaboration, communicate directly, be authentic, and foster trust.
My background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College in New York and a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. I’m now a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. I was fortunate to attend the University of Virginia’s ICMA Senior Executive Institute and the University of California, Berkeley’s Executive Seminar. My pro-bono work includes supporting current and future municipal leaders as an ICMA Coach and contributing to local grantmaking through the Ojai Women’s Fund.
